What is your dispatch time?
We operate with a 1-3 working day dispatch time, not including the day that you order. Orders will only be processed within our working hours, so please bare this in mind when ordering. The majority of orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, however, this may increase during busy periods. For example, if you order at 8pm on a Friday evening, the first day your order could be dispatched is Monday (we are closed on weekends), however we reserve the right to dispatch it by Wednesday. Depending on what method of shipping you choose, it may not arrive till the weekend. The Wee Wax Co is not responsible for any courier or postal delays.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping to the U.K including Northern Ireland. Please see our Important Information section for prices based on where you are in the U.K.
Do you offer Wholesale or White Label?
We get this asked this a lot; the short answer is at this time, we do not. We already supply a shop in Aberdeen with our products and are not currently looking to expand. We do not authorise the re-selling/re-branding of our products (please see our policies for more information).
Are you looking for Reps to sell your products?
We also get asked this a lot; unfortunately, we are not looking for reps. We pride ourselves in being a small, family run business working to our own schedule and again, are not looking to expand. We are fully trademarked, so the only place to buy The Wee Wax Co products is here!
