Here is a small list of our FAQ's. If your answer is not here, you may find the answer in our policies section. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

What is your dispatch time?
We operate with a 1-3 working day dispatch time. The majority of orders will be dispatched after 1 working day.

If you select a courier option (Hermes, DPD, etc), orders need to be placed before 9am to be dispatched same day. This is because our couriers need the parcel by midday latest to ensure next day delivery. The Wee Wax Co cannot take responsibility of the late delivery of a parcel through a courier. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Our website will automatically generate shipping costs for the country you are ordering to. If you are ordering from overseas, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.

Do you provide CLP for your fragrance oils?
Of course we do. As a supplier and a vendor, we know from both perspectives how important CLP is. You can find the 10% CLP in the pictures for each oil. We can provide the 25% CLP, SDS and IFRA on request. 

Do you offer Wholesale or White Label?
We get this asked this a lot; the short answer is at this time, we do not. We already supply a shop in Aberdeen with our products and are not currently looking to expand. We do not authorise the re-selling/re-branding of our products (please see our policies for more information).

Are you looking for Reps to sell your products?
We also get asked this a lot; unfortunately, we are not looking for reps. We pride ourselves in being a small, family run business working to our own schedule and again, are not looking to expand.
